The "food noise" going away sounds amazing until it does. Anyone else struggling with the emotional side?
Three months in and the food noise is genuinely gone. Which is great for weight loss. But I didn't realise how much of my social life, stress relief, and just... daily pleasure... was built around food. Now I don't know what to do with myself at parties. I eat a few bites and I'm done but everyone else is still going.
Not complaining — the results are real. Just surprised nobody warned me this was part of it. How did you navigate the identity shift?
