What should I upgrade?

This is my team. My pogba is surprising incredible! Mamadashvli is okay, he saved me a lot but also let in loads of goals. My rb is terrible cuz he gets ran past everytime. And endo is decent but cant tackle. I went 8 7 in fut champs and got red cherki. Bisseck is a bit slow so I need upgrade. What else should I improve on my team?
