Hi everyone! I've been using Hevy for about 4 months now and I'm loving the interface and the Apple Watch integration. I’m currently on a 12-week transformation plan and I'm wondering:

1-For those who switched to Hevy Premium, what was the "game changer" feature for you? Is the advanced data/statistics worth the price?

2-Has anyone tried Symmetry? I've seen it mentioned as an alternative and I'm curious if it's worth switching or if I should stick with Hevy.

My main goal is body recomposition (fat loss while keeping muscle). Thanks for the help!
