Lizard last mega turn (and rules clarification)

Outcast was Mouse, and I rolled a 3 to attack and scored 4 points. I had three Rabbit/Mouse cards in hand to score another 6 points, and I crafted a Tea for the final two, bringing me to 30 for the win. The Cats went all out for a Dominance victory (blue) and would've won next turn since they controlled the corners.
However... looking at this picture this morning, I only had three Lizards in that Mouse clearing, so only should've scored three max regardless of Defenseless!
We are all pretty new to the game with Cats being their first game (I know I count it as a failure on my part I couldn't help the Birds not turmoil turn 2 and 4 to really set them back...) but all had a blast! I think the Cats player felt bad he was winning so hard out of the gate (typical Cats) so wanted to spice things up, so I scored hard my last two turns to make it close.
