Reliability Engineer striking out, please help!
Hello all if you would be so kind as to look over my resume and let me know what I am doing wrong? I would classify my experience as reliability engineer but my 2 most recent roles have been hybrids Support Engineer /SRE /Incident Management /Problem Management. After a recent Lay off I wanted to pivot to more infrastructure related roles and built projects gotten certificates and reached out to recruiters. I have at this point put in over 300 applications since November with only 3 interviews. I have changed my resume many times. I tailor my resume admittedly lightly to fit the job description. I have applied for Cloud operations roles, SRE distributed systems roles, Cloud support roles, I even went back and started applying to regular incident Management roles again. I even started cold emailing and messaging recruiters to have them just REVIEW my resume(none did). I would like to end up in cloud infrastructure but at this point I would just like to start getting interviews again at all. Thank you for reading any help is MUCH appreciated.
