Ticket Time Scheduling Integrations

We’re trying to eliminate the back-and-forth in tickets around “when are you available?” by letting customers book time directly with our technicians.

I’m familiar with TimeZest, which seems to handle this well, but it doesn’t integrate with Syncro.

Does anyone know of a similar solution that works in a Syncro environment?

Ideally, we’re looking for something that:

  • lets customers book time directly from a ticket or link
  • supports pooled availability across a group of Tier 1 techs (not just individual calendars)
  • assigns based on next available / round-robin rather than a specific person

Microsoft Bookings gets close, but it feels more individual-focused than queue-based.

Curious what others are using for this.
