Hello, I have gold circle tickets for Madrid. I'm scared since the mail says that if you are selected, your purchase is cancelled, and THEN they reach out to you to see how to reserve the pit.

Has anyone done the process? Or knows someone? Is it guaranteed that if you are selected, then you don't lose your access to the concert???
