Started collecting a year and a half ago. I bought a 2026 UFC Chrome Hobby on preorder. They finally ship out, I’m seeing everybody get theirs. I check mine, no movement since label was created. Topps says they can’t investigate until 7 business days so I leave it alone. Today, I message anyway, they say it’s too long past the “label-created timeframe” and all they can do is a refund. They’re out of boxes. EVEN THOUGH THEY SOLD MORE BOXES ON RELEASE DAY WITHOUT FULFILLING THE PREORDERS!!! FUCK TOPPS. Ruined cards for me, I can’t even get cards from the source 😅
