Want to start making sandwiches and I love the French baguette style bread they use for Bahn Mi's but haven't seen it sold anywhere. Most rolls are more dense sourdough style.

Most Bahn Mi places seem to use the same or similar bread so I know there is a bakery somewhere that does it just can't find it online other than a 9 year old reddit thread recommending a place that is closed down.
