Additional info is basically in the 2010s a event called the power quake resulted in people having super powers, and it later causes more super natural thins, magical things, or general outlandish things to occur
These three heroes are only 3 out of the 7 people considered S tier, a demonstrate the different levels of government influence and planning against them, as their existence changes society, power causing the entire world to quake, with plenty of after shocks as well!
