I have a 4k display my display settings set on 3840 x 2160, I played other games on 4k and everything is fine

But when I play RDR2 It doesn't go fullscreen and also the 2160p resolution isn't showing, the max is 1080p

I found a fix is when I switch to Directx 12 everything is normal I can go fullscreen and play 4k BUT it crashes after 1 minute and gives me an error ERR_GFX_STATE, I tried lowering the graphic settings to the lowest and the same thing happens
