Less than 48hrs!
Order placed on Tuesday 4/14 at 526pm for one 30ml vial of glutathione. Sent to The Pharmacy Hub at 635pm. Received tracking number Wednesday around noon. Arrived to doorstep Thursday at 106pm! Less than 48hrs from time of order to delivery and I live on the other side of the United States (Florida to Idaho! 😱).
It came in a kangaroo mailer with two ice packs that still had a little ice in them. The ice packs and the medication were still very cold. 🥶 We did have freezing temps here last night and the high today is only 45. I worry once summer hits this packaging will not be sufficient for Glutathione due to its need to STAY very cold (unlike tirzepatide that is stable at warmer temps).
It also came with 60 insulin syringes and alcohol pads. The pharmacy even took time/supplies to label each 10pack of syringes individually! 🤣
Lastly, I received near constant updates via email about the location of my package! For me it was a bit too much, but I've heard many people complain about other companies not keeping them updated and they feel like they have no idea what's going on, so for those people this is excellent communication! I received 12 emails in less than 48hrs keeping me updated on my package! 😱 I also have the UPS app so I got the same notifications/emails from them. 🤣🤦
