My kid is turning 3 and I couldn't find how to get them in the public pre-K/pre-school here in Erie. We live in the city. I browsed the website, it lists the names of the public schools and a brief summary on each one, but there is no info on how to apply and zip code restrictions. Any input will be appreciated.
