How do you practice minimal pairs in Thai?

I want to work on telling apart tones and similar sounds. Is there any website or method you can recommend? Or do you think should I just skip minimal pair training and it will come naturally with more listening? im at 370 study hrs

I'm at a level in my TL where I'm starting to be able to hold conversations that start being engaging which is both great practice and fun, so obviously from now on I'm going to prioritise that over comprehensible input, which I used to do a lot. At the same time I haven't yet decided if this should be treated as dedicated study time or not.

eg today I've been shopping with a Thai (TL) friend for a few hours during which we talked quite a lot at a level which was challenging for me, but there was also quite a bit of time when we were engaged in other stuff. would you just use a guesstimate of 25%-50% of total time spent together or is there any other approach? maybe I'm overthinking this but up until now tracking hours really helped me stay motivated so I would like to keep doing that as long as I can.
