I’ve been searching for a new place to live, I currently live in an apartment but id prefer to live in a townhome. Does anyone have any good recommendations? I’d appreciate advice or ideas on where to look, or any recommendations from people who live in one already. I’d prefer NOT to rent with Black Swan as I am currently, I’ve had no current issues with them, I think a better management company would be better in the long run though. My rent is about 1,400+ currently, I’m looking to stay under 1,800. I’ll also take apartment recommendations too!!
