We're building a customer-facing CRM that's starting to get pretty robust. Now we're at a crossroads on what to prioritize next and would love your input.
Option A: Web Forms
Embeddable forms you drop on your website that capture leads straight into the CRM. No Zapier, no mapping fields rather the form fields are the CRM fields.
Option B: Auto-drafted Emails
We recently added meeting transcription. The idea: after a meeting ends, a draft email is waiting for you, written in your tone, referencing what was discussed, ready to send or tweak.
