Star Force 3 Zenny Finder location
I am trying to find the Zenny Finder weapon in Star Force 3. I know a Hertz is supposed to sell it to you on the National Astro Wave either Area 1 or 2), but this Hertz isn't showing up. I've just reached Alohaha, but I haven't visited Strong the Wizard yet. Where do I find the Zenny Finder weapon?
