Coal of similar size is 112 g, specimen 367 g. From an open cut coal mine in Australia, I believe it is partially rock partially pyrite but I know very little on the subject. It sparkles in direct sunlight and is golden.

Any recommendations on how to display it would also be appreciated i.e. chisel away stone, break it in half.
