Seemingly it's only the USA that does this especially if it's A-list Celebrities involved, I've never seen any other country do this or am I incorrect?

Hi all, I'm thinking of visiting Berlin solo, I'm 30M so just wondering will it be easy to meet people solo travelling, I'm only thinking a week, anyone got tips on where to go to meet people or to fit in with a crowd to go out with?
