I’m planning to average 20,000 steps a day with rest days being 10,000! My goal is to reach a 365 day streak hehe.

Walking really has changed my life. No matter where I am, I do my best to walk. I’ve also started a calorie deficit + meal prepping. So far I’ve mainly been eating beans, roasted/raw vegetables, grilled chicken and fish, and lots of fruit. I have so much energy now. Last month in March I was at 234 pounds and today I am at 203. 💪🏽
