It has been 2 years since I have ridden. I am 10 months post rotatorcuff repair. I ordered my Oura while I was sitting in my recliner doing very little healing from said surgery. Yesterday, I got the ok to return to "my high risk lifestyle" (ortho said it) So, I immediately went out, did 67 miles with all types of riding. City, highway & rural. 0-80 mph. 1) I haven't slept this good in 2 years and Oura confirmed that. For me, there is no better sleep than after riding. 2) I have a Spyder so while there is assisted steering, it is speed vatiable and you are most always steering. It is like driving my quad on the road with street legal tires. With fuel it is about 1000 pounds.

🤓

I did read the other MC posts. I do think the calories burned could be accurate when thinking about all that physically goes into riding, especially when we add wind to the occasion. So, do you think it matters what hand we wear our ring on? I am normally a right hand index wearer.

🤔

Just curious what others have noticed. I mean, I will take all those calories, I just wonder if my ring being on my throttle side would interfere with measurements, that's all. When I think it out, my ring is getting physically whooped when I ride, there is alot going on on the right side. I am just happy to be able to ride again.

🤣

Last week I was in court as an observer and I was intent and focused and my ring logged a NAP!!!!! 😂😂 WWWHHHAATTTT???? When my BFF is getting her 2.5 yo son ready in the morning it logs hers as BOXING!! 😂😂 So I don't know....
