Tips for Baiken

My Baiken kinda stagnated, I need some tips to get better.
- In what situations should I use hiiragi?
- How do I approach the throw tether setup?
- How should I approach zoners in neutral? I tend to rely on the gun too much
- should I use my k button (esp. 6k) regularly or is only useful in niche situations?
- am I right in using s and h habari as pokes? If not, are f.s, j.s and 2S good pokes?
Ecc. Anything is useful as I am trying to get better!

I am a fairly new player, so excuse me for my terrible Baiken gameplay as I am also getting use to a fighting stick. What should I have done to avoid the throw into throw into throw thing that just happened? How do I tech throws in this situations? Thanks for the help :)
