I work for taco bell and started at a new store. The manager there does not release the schedule until about 2-3 AM Wednesday the morning of when the new week starts. I did not get my schedule until 3 am in the morning last night and was told i am opening in 5 hours at 8. I was awake until about 2 waiting for it to get sent out and fell asleep without setting alarms and ended up not showing up for my shift today. Work for a franchise chain not corporate. Will I get in trouble for this?
