Hi,

I just took my first jab yesterday. I have been researching what to avoid. I come from a family who owned a restaurant, so interesting, tasty food has always been in my life.

Although I know for my health I need to do this, the thought of bland food forever is honestly making me sad. Can you never eat spicy food ever again without major gastrointestinal problems?
