saw a 110 sqm 2br including parking available for only 35k/mo which is insanely cheap. i get the building’s old and all but the interior of said condo is actually pretty nice and decent.

saw comments about high crime rates, shady chinese nationals, and rude security after doing a quick scan on google reviews. are these for real?

anybody who knows the place / has lived there, what are your thoughts? is it really unsafe? not worth it?
