So got this one (sorry for shitty photo). Can i reroll mortar rounds and fire wheel on it, or should i just drop it?

What does "affinity for mortar rounds" mean? What i saw when researching is that i can reroll at a table for fire wheel but should it come with mortar rounds if thats a available option?

And if im dropping this, what would u go for as 2nd wpn. Ion does all the work anyway😂

I have Bulldozer, Eagle Eye and berserker as skilltracks.
