I dropped off a rifle in December of 2024 to get duracoated. The guy said he'd be done in 3 or 4 weeks. I heard nothing for 6 months and called him and he said he had some health issues but he's getting all his orders done. Since then, I've called asking for an update about every 3 months and he just says it's not done yet.

It's a company that's been around for a long time. I keep asking locally if anyone has had any issues and everyone says he's a good dude and does good work. What should I do?
