I am using KDE 6 in CachyOS and basically, I own an OLED screen and to prevent burn in, i set the topbar to "Dodge Windows". But when I am browsing, the cursor normally approaches the edge of the screen and the taskbar is back again. How to fix this?

Is OLED burn-in still relevant or is it just a thing of the past for ASUS laptops' monitors or any other type of monitor in general?

I am a new Linux user looking for good desktop environments. I am in GNOME currently, but also interested in other desktop environments and are also oled friendly (having settings that can prevent oled burn-in).
