A USB 3.0 or Higher USB port is recommended. Learn More

So, i got myself a HTC VIVE Cosmos but in HTC Cosmos Guide Connection check, the USB doesn't seem to get recognized while the DisplayPort is already detected, I'm getting a "A USB 3.0 or Higher USB port is recommended. Learn More" message when it stops attempting to search for the USB. I've tried getting a PCIe USB 3.1 extension with Renesas chip on it but it's still the same.

They say it's due to the USB controller issue of AMD or maybe AMD cpu system itself. I haven't tried to connect it to an intel system yet.

The one i got is with the Converter.

When I disconnect and reconnect the USB, I see on the Devices and Printers that the "VIVE Cosmos Multimedia Audio" shows up/disappears, which means the USB is getting recognized but maybe recognized in a different way so it doesn't function as a vr, maybe?

The headset itself lit up red, no display on lens, the controllers are not pairing together since the headset/hmd is not recognized or not found.

Does anyone experienced the same kind of issues and found a workaround or a fix?
