Hi everyone,

I used to be fairly active here some years back. Life got busy — school, responsibilities, and I had to step away for a while.

I’ve been quietly continuing my own health journey during that time. I’ve stayed off diabetes medications since 2017 and have spent a lot of time studying and helping people around me better understand what’s actually driving their numbers — beyond just managing them.

Coming back now, I’m not here to sell anything or push anything — just to contribute where I can and learn from others as well.

I know how overwhelming this condition can feel, especially when it seems like the only path is “manage forever.” I’ve seen a different side of that, and I’m happy to share what I’ve learned if it helps anyone.

If you’ve got questions or are stuck on something, feel free to tag me or ask.

Good to be back.
