Hi, I’ve just started working at Wetherspoons and I’m not in the staff WhatsApp group chat yet, even though other new hires are.

I’ve mentioned it to two managers already but nothing’s been done, and it’s making communication a bit difficult (e.g. contacting about shifts).

Is this normal or should I follow it up again?
