I was just eating until I opened my mouth to hear a crunch sound, I figured out it wasn’t food and was coming from inside the right part of my jaw. I never have any noises come from my jaw except small pops. I do have braces and did have a temporary filling put on so i had to leave my mouth open for a while. I do not claim to have TMJ, but im sure a lot of people in this subreddit are somewhat educated about jaw health. If anyone could give me a hint to what this could be and how to fix it, I would appreciate it
