I am fresh CS grad working as a manger in an unrelated field, pay isn’t great but work is not stressful or demanding.

I love CS but It is insanely difficult for me find motivation for Leetcode and apply to hundreds of jobs just to have a slim chance of getting a job, and after getting a job worry about the potential layoffs.

I’m pretty sure most of grads experience something like this. How did you all find motivation?
