My fellow banking professionals, do you think retail branches should be “phased out”? What about for community banks and credit unions? Do you see this as the inevitable or an unlikely scenario?

Just wanting to get other’s thoughts on this. Those who aren’t in the banking industry, chime in and give your thoughts too.
