Just curious if anyone has found a sweet spot in today's market. I feel like a lot of my friends I've met in the industry are all struggling a little bit. It's like every company is cutting corners and increasing expectations. Sales target inflation is a real thing.

Does anyone have a product or service that is selling like hotcakes? Just curious?

My friends in China took my to an authentic Japanese BBQ spot where you cook the meat on the circular bbq tray in front of you. The meat was amazing. I was supposed to go back and eat there again, but we didn't have time so of course I don't have a picture of the sauce.

They gave us a tray with 3 dipping sauces. The first was a savory, salty, sweet sauce. It was clear and murky. I looked it up online and some people say it could be a miso based sauce.

We dipped it in that first. And then they had Yakiniku sauce(which I figured out quickly online). The 3rd was soy sauce.

Please someone help me find this clear/mirky sauce plz
