I've spent the past couple of weeks building a tool for folder creation. It can be found over here on GitHub. I know Battle Network 1-6 are basically solved games, at least in terms of the endgame, but for people who are playing through them or who want to experiment with things, the tool lets you:

- build folders for MMBN 1-6 (not 4.5)
- see where the chips can be found by code
- follow game-specific folder-building logic
- randomly generate hands with varying custom sizes to see probability distributions and selection-size counts
- search by codes, chip name, chip element, chip type (standard, mega, giga, dark), and location information (what can I find in Oran?)
- save multiple folders across multiple games

It's a 1.0, I'm pretty sure it works properly, and if anything is wrong, please let me know and I'll fix it.

Also, if you follow the format in the .json files, you can also add data for ROM hacks, if they exist, so that you can plan out your folders for those too.

I hope this tool helps someone, and even if not, it was fun to work on.
