I think my list is too top heavy. Looking for insights on where to cut down / change things

MCAT: 528

GPA: 4.00 (community college; then a very small public school in my state)

NJ resident

Research: 2 labs (behavioral and wet lab); 4 publications (2 article, 2 peer-reviewed abstracts; all middle author) currently 1st author on a manuscript which will not be submitted by application date; 4 posters* (2 regional, 2 state); 2 oral presentations (both national); honors thesis - 2700+ hrs

Note: most conferences besides 1 were for undergrads specifically, which must diminish the perceived "prestige"

Clinical hours: Volunteer EMT; 2100+ at time of application

Non-clinical volunteering: 50 hours as Crisis Counselor

Shadowing: 66 hours (ED, Peds rheum, ortho)

Non-clinical work: Supplemental instructor (my institutions version of a tutor/TA) 90 hours; Retail for an obscene amount of hours (shout out my lower SES students paying for school)

Awards: top student in my major at both undergrads, one poster got second place at a regional conference, a paper I presented won first place at an academic conference (non-stem) and best essay for my undergrad institution, award recognizing excellence in research from my undergrad

Misc: I presented 3 academic essays (1 completely non-stem, 2 stem-adjacent but not primary research) at regional conferences

*I've listed the posters I am the presenting author on. My lab mates have presented 5 posters (4 nationally) where I am an author on the abstract/poster but didn't present. I'm unsure if these are typically included

Thanks!
