I do not understand the need for return to office. Most of us have been remote before Covid hit and now we have to be hybrid to “collaborate!” And of course the previous space we had was let go and now we have to drive across town to an office. And anyone that was permitted to move out of state (not job related) just gets to stay remote- how is that fair?

It’s not cost or time saving- productivity isn’t going to be better. Just means more burnout from being in office and commuting. More money out of pocket for employees and our merit increases are a joke.
