Tips for sustainable eating? I want to start again.
I just weighed myself on a scale (female, college student). I don’t usually do it super often. Realized that from the beginning of this year to now I’ve gained back a little over 8 pounds, even though I previously lost 20. I’m disappointed in myself. I don’t even know what to do.
I’m gonna start going back to the gym once my schedule frees up a little. I wanna focus on lowering my caloric intake again, but I don’t know how to fix the food part of it besides eating less. And cutting out snacking entirely. Obviously I don’t want to starve myself. But how do I eat better when I just don’t have the resources to? I can’t always cook myself every meal I eat. I’m just worried. I crave sweets all the time when I’m feeling low and even when I’m not. I’m also not very tall so being in a deficit automatically means I have a lower calorie allowance than everyone else.
Does anyone have any tips for sustainable, healthy eating when you can’t cook every night?
