Hi everyone, I am posting on here out of sheer desperation. I’m really struggling with my confidence because of my posture and how it looks.
I think I have a neck hump and rounded shoulders.
What is the best way for me to fix this. I’m happy to commit to this for 45 minutes a day and do gym sessions if needed.
Any guidance would be really appreciated and also timescales on how long it would take to see a difference.
