I have luba AWD 1 from 2023 and when I connected it for the first time this season and opened the app, I got a notification that I should update the antenna firmware. So I did that which went smoothly, installed the antenna which went green, but then noticed that the mower couldn't connect to it.
I contacted support, which asked for my mower firmware version and that's version 1.10.5.x from last June. They say that there is a version 1.10.6.x, but when I check for updates in the app it says that I'm already running the latest version, though it is 1.10.5.x. Support said they would escalate and asked for my email address. Now it's been more than a week and they haven't even sent me a confirmation that they are actually looking at the issue.
Has anybody encountered the same problem? Or anybody that succeeded at updating a Luba 1 to version 1.10.6?
