Federal Court Positions
A couple months back, I applied for a position at a federal courthouse. I got the email for to take an assessment, I took the assessment, passed it and got a phone call for an interview. I got the interview last month and they said that they would be selecting candidates for a 2nd interview by the end of the following week. I have not heard from them for a second interview as of yet. Does this mean that they have selected who they want to proceed with the second interviews? I understand that federal hiring processes are very slow, but it shouldn't take that long to select candidates for an adminstrative position at the U.S. District Courts. Please advise. More than likely I will move on and keep applying.
