We’re currently exploring B2B affiliate / partner platforms like PartnerStack for one of our SaaS products (a PIM solution focused on the technical industry).

The goal is not mass affiliate marketing, but growing our partner ecosystem with around 10 commercial partners this year that would include our PIM in their stack and propositions.

We’re operating in a fairly niche market, so we’re fine being compared to larger PIM vendors. If the prospect fits our target audience, we usually compete quite well because of our industry-specific focus.

That said, I’m seeing very mixed opinions about PartnerStack. A lot of the online content feels a bit too “everyone is winning” and I’m trying to separate the real experiences from the marketing.

For companies in B2B SaaS:

  • What are your actual experiences with PartnerStack?
  • Did it genuinely help grow your partner network?
  • Or did you mainly end up paying for software + a marketplace with little real value?
  • Are there alternatives worth investigating nowadays?

Would especially love feedback from niche B2B SaaS companies rather than broad B2C affiliate setups.
