2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum 7k miles

After cold starting the vehicle, and when the engine turns on, I wait a few seconds to shift into drive or reverse. On a few occasions the shift had been harsh, making a loud clunk that jolts the vehicle. It seems to do it regardless of how long I wait for the RPMs to come down from the cold start.

Has anyone else experienced this and had it fixed?
