You can't find a loving partner to satisfy your need for love and sex, so you are forced to do it on yourself. The act of sex and ejaculation is meant for procreation, for producing an offspring. And when you can't find anyone to procreate with, you jerk away your life force into a napkin. Just like a drug addict, you isolate yourself, lock yourself up into a room and self-pleasure, away from people, away from society. You do not have a human being to do it with, so instead of searching for one, you resort to masturbation - a lover's act. Gooning is even worse. Because you are watching another man have sex with a woman that you like. Not only are you watching, you're beating your meat to it. You get aroused by it, you're training your brain to experience pleasure from watching other people have sex. This is equivalent to you having a party with your friends who have partners. After the drinks they decided to go to separate rooms and get intimate. Instead of going into a room with your partner, you sneak behind a closed door and look through the keyhole to watch other people have sex. If this is not weird, I don't know what is. So yes, if you are not a loser, you should not be touching your reproductive organ or watching any triggering content.
