Maintaining tan

ive gotten a great tan with MT2 over the past few weeks and am just looking to maintain now and get less UV exposure. If I were to just pin on Saturdays and Sundays (twice a week) and get some UV outside (I live in an area with high uv), or even just do a Saturday or Sunday (1 day a week), would that be enough to maintain my tan? I am looking to stop using sunbeds as I don’t want to be using them for a prolonged amount of time. I work full time so they were necessary when first using MT2 and building up my tan.

hi all, I’ve been doing MT 2 for almost 3 weeks now. this morning, I discovered a tiny, dark (almost black) freckle on the palm of my left hand. and a lighter freckle on the palm of my left hand. I thought the darker one on my left hand was a splinter at first because it’s so dark. I have developed many new freckles and moles from MT 2 that hasn’t concerned me but this one concerns me because of how dark it is, and the fact that it’s on the palm of my hand (weird spot for a freckle). i am going to make a derm appointment and hope for the best…

i have been doing mt 2 daily for 12 days, combined with uv exposure after each time. (started at 90 mcg and worked my way up to about 250 mcg give or take 50 mcg) and my legs, arms, stomach, back, and face are super tan. but my hands and neck are still very pale. will they eventually get tan or will they stay lighter? (for context, my hands and neck have always been the palest parts of my body. they don’t change color at all and are a true type 1 while the rest of my body is type 2, if that makes sense). i was looking forward to finally having tan hands & neck but maybe it’s just taking extra long since those areas specifically are more stubborn.? does anyone have any tips to get stubborn areas more tan?
