I haven’t been able to use it for a month now. The site loads, can see one watchlist but cannot change it, can’t even select an indicator.
Anyone else? Tried on different devices with fresh login, same issue.
I have a Santak Castle C1K 1000VA Online UPS. I've been using a AX860 for almost 9 years now and upgraded to a RM1000X, rest of the hardware is the same (7800X3D and 4090, monitors etc).
Any time I try to boot the PC when its connected to the UPS, the UPS detects a short and shuts down with Error 31. This only happens at boot, sometimes it hards but 95% of the time it doesn't. When it does start, I can use the PC for hours with high load, no issue. I thought it was a defective PSU unit and received an RMA, same issue.
So clearly the issue is the UPS, any guidance on what can be done? The UPS is also healthy and has been working great for 2-3 years.
