Is anyone exploring CSI for a F1 transfer, pending H1B approval? Is the institute reliable?

Pls help me .

Someone I know was approved last week, but I haven’t received any update on my case yet. She is from a partially restricted country, and our attorney re-submitted premium processing for both of us on the same day 8th April. The attorney mentioned that the USCIS Nebraska Service Center has been experiencing delays. Not sure what to do.
