For context I have PCOS and have been dealing with cravings + inconsistency for years. Metformin didn’t do much for my weight, so I eventually tried a GLP-1. Biggest difference has been appetite control, like I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore. I’m using Harbor right now and it’s been a pretty steady experience, they adjusted my dose once when I stalled which helped a bit. That said, I still track my food, lift a few times a week, and try to stay active daily. Some weeks I lose, some I don’t. It just makes sticking to habits feel more doable.
