"Students with accountabilities can still apply for LOA, although their applications cannot be approved until their accountabilities have been settled or waived."

I understand naman po what the statement says. I'm just clueless how do we deal with this po?

For context, I failed m21 last sem, then this sem, I applied for LOA so late na so the rule about when the student applying for LOA is fail standing then grades becomes automatically 5. I did read that, I was willing expecting to be dismiss because of the rule, what I don't get po was the LOA wasn't even approved yet. I guess I misunderstand the rules. Now I wanna know if anyone else has been put in the same situation or had the same tagging in their CRS? Please help me. I tried to reach out na rin naman po sa program adviser ko, I will be going to Melchor tomorrow as well, though I'm getting anxious na I won't even be approved at hindi talaga maipasa LOA ko. Also po, if my LOA is not granted, does it make me an AWOL? I stopped attending classes after holyweek since a lot of personal problems has happened that I just hit rock bottom.

Hello! I officially applied for LOA and is now done with the advising module. I wanna know how to proceed for the department endorsement up to the dean. Which body do I send an email to inform? I am a COE freshman. I am also talking with my program adviser, he told me he doesn't know the next step after advising but he is very accommodating and helpful. It's just that he is not available right now so he can't reply to my inquiry, that's why I am asking here since I am clueless as well regarding the process. So what do I do next?
